Shipping:
We will ship all purchases the same business day that online checkout is complete.  All items are housed in our facilities here in The State of Florida, United States of America.  Typical delivery time is between 2-5 business days.  Purchases placed after 12PM Central Standard Time will be shipped out first thing the following business day.
Holiday Shipping:
We are closed on all Federal Holidays.  Purchases that are placed on these days will be sent out on the following business day.
During the Holiday Season,
we will work up to December 23 with extended office hours in effort to get all packages to our consumers for the Holidays. .
Damaged items policy/Returns
Damaged or misused items.  We will not refund/replace any misused or damaged items unless you provide pictures for validation.  For you to receive a replacement and/or refund you must return all damaged items to us in a timely manner for inspection.  All items found to be damaged as a result of misuse or carelessness will not be refunded or replaced.  Buyers pay shipping on all damaged items.  However, if an item is found to be damaged by factory, manufacturer defect, or by delivery services we will replace it for free at our expense as a courtesy to our customers.
Returns/unauthorized Returns
Returns will be handled on a case by case scenario.  Items must be returned in the manner in which they were sent to the consumer, i.e. in its original packaging, not used in any way, with seals and stickers unbroken and able for resale.  All items found not in this way will be considered used and not returnable.  For a return to be Valid: simply contact us with the issue.  If the item does meet all the above requirements and eBay.com requirements we will arrange for the item to be returned.  Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  All unauthorized returns, will be treated as such.  If you return an item to us without written authorization we will deny delivery and will be shipped back to the consumer.  All fee's associated with this will be a t the consumers expense.  Please email us for details.  Thank you EmberStryke Survival Gear™.
