The badge was approved by the order on the ROVS # 33 of July 12, 1931.
The Badge were made in PARIS and BERLIN, so they differ in minor details and in the color of blue enamel .
Badge size: 39 x 26 mm.
Material: Silvered bronze, blue and red hot enamel
Condition: very good , originally oxidase and patina
