Vulcan Cook & Hold Oven Model VCH8-1 With 4 Shelves.  In good working condition.  Heats up quickly.  Controls are easy to use.  Inside is very clean. Door shuts properly.  In good cosmetic condition, does have an indention on the front top piece above the panel and a scratch on the side, see pictures.  208/240 volts, single phase, 19*22 amps, 3800-5060 watts.  Unit measures 25 1/4" wide x 35" deep x 38 1/4" tall. distribution
and
natural
browning
of
meat
products.
This unit is big and will need to be truck ship
ped on a pallet. You can pickup this equipment in Springfield, MO at no charge.
