Vintage Skeleton Light up Lighter

Up for consideration is a Vintage Skeleton Light -up Torch Lighter. It is Silver tone, and when the top is flipped up to use the lighter, the Eyes of the Skeleton Light up Lime Green and Blink!!!  Quite a Novelty--In very nice condition, does need refueling. Please see pictures for more details. Great at a Party, for Halloween or as a gift to a Novelty collector.
