    Description

    Covered Moorcroft pottery bowl dates to between 1928 and 1949~ lid features three clematis flowers in shades of pink & purple on a cobalt blue background. Knob is a very dark blue. Inside bowl the color graduates from the pale sage green, to teal, to dark blue. Outside of the bowl cobalt blue. Diameter at the top rim of the bowl is about 6 1/2 inches. The bowl is 2 1/4 inches high. Height to the top of the lid’s finial is about 3 1/2 inches. Excellent vintage condition with usual glaze crazing on bottom only, but there are no chips, cracks or significant scratches on the outside. Absolutely GORGEOUS!!!
