Description

A scarce souvenir lighter from the United Nations headquarters in New York City.
Japanese, ca. 1950's - 1960's.
Has a Ronson Adonis type mechanism.
Front image: Enameled picture of the U.N. headquarters building in New York.
Back text: United Nations, New York.
Marked on top: Brother-Lite.
Marked on bottom: Japan, Automatic Brother-Lite Lighter, (logo).
Very fine used condition. Sorry, the photos are somewhat deceiving, as the image has NO CHIPS on the building.
What looks like damage is really patina oxidation on some parts of the picture.
Lighter works but needs flint and fluid.
