Beautiful Vintage Reproduction of "3 Faces", "3 Sisters" Columnar Cannister Clear Glass Biscuit Jar that has Three Face or Three Sisters Pattern Frosted Glass handle on the lid. Columnar canister or biscuit Jar made by Imperial Glass and marked MMA (Metropolitan Museum Art) on the bottom. This is a reproduction of the original “three faces” made originally in 1875 by Jonathan Ernest Miller. This Reproduction is from the MMA (see mark on the bottom) and from the 1940's. Hand blown and molded. Excellent condition no chips, cracks or repairs.
Here we have an Imperial MMA glass biscuit jar / humidor decorated with a frosted 3 faces finial. The jar measures apprx 4 3/4" wide x 9 3/8" tall with the cover. In very nice condition, no chips, cracks, or repairs. Signed on the base MMA and inner lid. Please see photos for more details.
Measures 9” in height x 4 1/4” Diameter and Weighs 3 Pounds and 7.7 Ounces.
