This is a 10 shilling Pennsylvania Colonial Currency note (cat: PA-124) dated June 18, 1764.

This piece is circulated.  It is torn in two pieces along the horizontal midline and repaired.  Printing is worn but mostly legible.  Signatures are lightly faded but still very legible.  Franklin's name on the reverse is clear and legible.
This item is an affordable Ben Franklin piece for the colonial collector.
Be sure to review the pictures so that you can determine the grade for yourself.
Colonial currency sometimes have mica flakes embedded them when the paper was made as a security device to prevent counterfeiting.  These sometimes produce light spots in the photograph.  They are not holes, just light reflecting off of the mica.
