Polishing assortment

Description

So to be honest, I have no idea what I have here. I found this in a cabinet in a garage I was cleaning out. Some stuff is marked used, while others look new. It appears to be some sort of small polishing equipment, possibly for glass. What you see in the photo is what you get. Maybe someone out there knows what this is and can put it to good use.
