Very conservatively graded & certified by PMG as VF30, with the look of a much higher grade. Net graded due to some very minor (and very difficult to detect) restoration work that was obviously professionally done. No other problems of any kind, and no pin holes.
Darkly and vibrantly inked in three colors (red, dark blue, and black on the back). Four full borders, and well-centered.
Bold 3-digit serial number 948, along with the three equally bold signatures of Thomas Rodman, Samuel Nevill, and Samuel Smith.
Newman lists a price of ,250 for an example in VF20 condition on page 257 (see photo). This PMG VF30 is graded 10 points higher.
