This is new Convotherm Combi Oven model C4ET6.20ES electric 208v 3 phase with original stand. Stand itself is worth 1000$. It is similar to Rational combi ovens. Convotherm and Rational are considered the best brands of combi ovens, both made in Germany. It is full size model that can accommodate up to 7 full size sheet pans. We bough this oven for our bakery but unfortunately, we won’t be able to use it due to space limitation. We tested it for a week to ensure it is functioning properly. It is flawless. The oven has a digital log of everything that was performed on it so you can be sure it is in fact new.
This oven has amazing and intuitive digital control. It is very easy to work with and already comes preloaded with recipes you can use or you can just create your own. Oven has full self-cleaning capability so you never have wash manually, just press the button. It basically replaces multiple appliances and employees. Feature that I really loved is sliding door that hides on the side of the oven(you can see in the photo). This creates extra space and it makes work environment safer.
