    Images
    Characteristic:
    1. Small grinding table is easy to operate.
    2. Stable performance
    3. Automatic water supply
    4. Concave switch design to avoid leakage
    5. Grinding of Brittle and Hard Materials such as Glass and Ceramics
    6. Grinding various geometric shapes: plane, curve, corner, incline, etc.
    Please read the instructions carefully:
    1. Prepare the fittings and assemble the grinding table on a smooth surface. Do not let the grinding table tilt and sway.
Before plugging in the socket, make sure the power switch of the mill is off.
    2. Dress properly. Don't wear loose clothes, necklaces, jewelry, gloves, etc. It's possible to get involved by machines.
    3. Wear goggles. Usually wearing glasses does not play a protective role.
    4. Do not turn on the machine when glass or other abrasive materials touch the grinding wheel.
    5. Keep out of reach of children
    6. Turn off the power supply without using it.
    7. Do not operate after drinking or taking medicine.
    8. In order to maintain the stability of the grinding table, regular maintenance and lubrication should be done.
    Grinding wheel installation:
    1. Before installing the grinding wheel, lubricant is added to the engine shaft, and a layer of lubricant is needed inside the grinding wheel (if you
    have lubricant)
    2. The grinding wheel is mounted on the engine shaft, and the position of the fixed screw is higher than that of the engine shaft. At least one-
eighth of the diamond part of the grinding wheel on the axle should be exposed on the operating table.
    3. Fix the grinding wheel on the axle clockwise with a hexagonal wrench
Note: Keep the grinding wheel stable on the plane of the engine shaft.
    Grinding wheel use:
Remember to wear goggles or protective masks when grinding.
    1. If you are just starting to use it, turn on the grinder switch and feel it. Try grinding a small piece of glass. Push glass to grinding wheel with
small force and move back and forth
    2. Slowly increase the pressure until the speed and your control are comfortable. You will quickly understand the better pressure effect of
    grinding glass.
    3. Stop occasionally and observe the water level. Lack of water during grinding reduces the service life of grinding wheels
    4. Over time, the grinding wheel will reduce the grinding efficiency and lead to glass fragmentation, which is caused by diamond wear on the
surface of the grinding wheel. When this happens, loosen the screw with a hexagonal wrench and grind the wheel to the axle.
Move, revealing one-eighth of the new diamond.
    Be careful:
    1. Do not grind without water. When grinding, make sure the wheels are wet.
    2. When using grinding wheels, use small to medium strength. When pushing, don't use too much strength. Too much force will reduce the
service life of grinding table and wheel
    3. Clean the reservoir after each use. Remove the reservoir and clean up the remaining residue after grinding.
    4. In order to prolong the service life of the grinding table, cleaning and adding lubricant to the engine shaft, after 25 hours of each use, the
grinding wheel and the fixed screw should be removed.
    5. If the grinding wheel is not used for a week or more, it needs to be removed from the grinding table. Avoid sticking to axle. This will help you
develop a habit of checking the maintenance of engine shafts and grinding wheels.
    6. Don't grind metal. If it is used to grind metal, the grinding wheel will be damaged, which makes it unsuitable for grinding glass.
