Imperial Russian Military Cap Cockade - WWI era - original

Auction is for an Imperial Russian military cap cockade, presumably of the WWI era. Appears to be original. In very good condition. I have no information about what section of military or rank this was for. This was obtained in the United States in the mid-1990s.
