Harley Davidson Topper scooter. 1961 AH sold as is with no registration. Amatuer restoration but very cool. Will not ship don't ask about buy now etc. Moving and would like to sell, but don't have to. Have video of riding it around as questions. Please ask questions as you can see bike not complete.
