Eudialyte Pear Cabochon: Intense Ruby-Red Crystals on Black and White Matrix

Description

Eudialyte is a rare silicate mineral known for its rich, ruby-red color. It occurs in Greenland, Canada and Russia's Kola Peninsula. The black areas are the mineral aegerine and the white areas are usually albite feldspar. This is a nicer-than-normal piece with good pattern and coloring that will make it a standout in your jewelry design.
