    A beautiful North Carolina note , PMG Very Fine 25
    Fr # NC-143 , 5 Pounds, December 1771
    No pinholes, tears or restorations. Very nice bright paper, excellent, bold printing. Several period signatures on reverse presumably showing names of the owners of the note. Large margins. Problem free, difficult to understand the VF 25 rating.
