    c. March 1786. Partially-Printed Document, 6% Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Bond Certificate Form. Anderson PA-13, printed by Francis Bailey, Unissued and Complete, Extremely Fine.
    Low Rarity-6 (21-30 known) according to Robert Anderson as listed in his reference work: THE PRICE OF LIBERTY. Printed document, 110 by 310 mm, [Philadelphia], [after 1786], being an unissued bond certificate for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, printed by Francis Bailey, humidity tone at the far left and right outer margins, tape reinforcement along the printed left side indent border design on the blank reverse. An unissued bond with a 6% interest rate, to be paid half yearly. Typically, when this form was issued, it would be signed by David Rittenhouse! A rarely encountered, full and complete example.
