heat. Standard features to include patented automatic steam venting; Gold­n­Brown™ browning function with a choice of six different
levels; two­speed reversing fan with coordinated venting system, two individual USB ports for data access, and a self­adjusting, flushmounted rotary door handle with a steam venting safety stop. Oven is to be constructed of 18 gauge stainless steel, include an attached   spray hose with backflow preventer, quick­connect single­point internal product temperature probe in the oven interior, cool­down
