2017 4 car / 5 car hauler REPO UNIT will sell to first eligible buyer

This unit has been sandblasted to clean it up and was repainted with PPG industrial with rust inhibitor. .
I have complete set (6) of new brakes with backer plates for it.
New 13,000 LBS winch that is being installed this week.
New tires will come with it but you will need to have them installed.
All of the lower wiring harness was replaced.
Has new Aluminum ramps.
Has a new battery.
This is actually a 5 car hauler but ebay only has 4 as a choice.
