    « In memory of the 90th Anniversary of the White struggle “
    was established according to the order of the chairman of the ROVS (Russian All-Military Union).
    The same document approved the provisions, sample and description of the medal. The medal is round, 28 mm in diameter, bronze or silver bronze, with a convex edge along the edge of the obverse, and an eyelet for attaching to a ribbon block on top.
    On the obverse of the medal there is an image of a St. George slaying a serpent with a spear.
    In the lower part along the circumference of the medal there is an inscription in slave numbers of anniversary dates:
    “1917 – 2007”. On the reverse: an inscription in three lines:
    “ There was no End – the Fight Continues.»
    In the lower part along the circumference there is an inscription in Russian letters in small print “ROVS” - an abbreviation for the founder of the medal - the Russian All-Military Union. All inscriptions and images on the medal are convex; the medal is worn on a memorial and mourning ribbon in the national colors of Russia (black-white-blue-red).
