This is a TY BEANIE BABY SNOWMAN named SNOWBALL
.  This beanie is white with a red neck scarf, black hat, orange nose and black button eyes.  His date of birth is 12-22-96 and he is Style #4201.  He is about 8" long and in mint condition with swing tag in mint condition, tush tag has some crinkles. Some of his details:
tush tag does not have the red circled number on the inside
hang tag has "Fareham, Hants" - rare and collectible
has a numerical birth date 12-22-96 - rare
missing UK after PO 15 5TK - error
