1795 Pennsylvania Canal Lottery Ticket for the creation of the Schuylkill, Susquehanna and Delaware canals.
This rare ticket is signed by Timothy Matlack who was a Revolutionary Statesman and was the person who penned the Declaration of Independence for our forefathers to sign.  Endorsed on the back.
