    This is a 1790 Connecticut Interest Payment Notice of One Pound Twelve Shillings and Three Pence. This notice has jagged edges on the left with a couple folds in the same area. There are also two tiny pinholes around "twelve" that can really only be seen when it is held into the light. Please use your own best judgement to determine the grade/quality of the item and please see each picture before purchasing!
