    Longtime ANA member offering this May 1786 Rhode Island 3 Pound Colonial Note Graded About Uncirculated 50, Small Splits by PMG. I think the Small Splits designation refers to minor edge issues as they are the only discernable paper flaw. Cataloged as Fr# RI-301. eBay member since 1999. I ship to US addresses only.
