    This is an incredible note. The black and red print is well printed and bold. The jumbo margins are wide and broadly frames the note. The craftsmanship and overall detail is some of the best we have seen. One can spend years looking for a better example only to realize that there are only a few John Hart signed examples in this state of preservation. Do not delay.
